Healing process typically results in four main stages of progress. It is important to note that, while it generally follow the chronological order listed below, it is possible for more than one stage to occur simultaneously or for the sequence to be slightly altered depending on the individual case.
The duration of each stage of development may differ depending on each individual case, with a time frame ranging from one month to over a year.
All conclusion here are made by experience, and there could be people who do not follow this process at all; instant (but permanent) healings are absolutely possible and do occur more often then not. But it is always good to understand to some degree that everything has its own process and could be tracked.
An Overview of Timeline:
Phases One and Two: Familiarizing ourselves with the present moment: truly being present through the awareness of our soul
Phase Three: Acknowledging our history and its impact on the current moment
Phase Four: Embracing our Future: Reconstructing and Reimagining the Potential of our Soul.
First Stage: Releasing, relaxing, or rejuvenating

The most noticeable and direct effect of energetic healing session is the initial response. This response is usually experienced as a physical release or change. During this first stage of healing, the energy systems within the physical and spiritual bodies are stimulated and work towards a new state of equilibrium.
This can result in a sense of calm, relaxation, or alertness, but it may also cause various physiological changes such as alterations in breathing, sleep patterns, and eating habits. While most of these responses promote a feeling of well-being, some may be unpleasant or unexpected, such as the shedding of tears during treatment for grief or extreme drowsiness for individuals experiencing high levels of stress. However, these initial physiological reactions gradually diminish with time.
Some common activities that individuals engage in are respiration, slumber, nourishment, and either the calming or invigorating response, which can vary from person to person.
Mental
The outpouring of repressed feelings, shedding of tears, display of happy expressions, and overall feeling of contentment can lead to a subtle sense of change and a new sense of equilibrium or psychological reference point. As these transformations are acknowledged and assimilated, the initial reactions fade away.
Phase Two: Realization and Acknowledgement with Initial Response

During this phase, there is profound effect on the inner self, leading to a newfound understanding of emotions and actions. This results in the development of a "witness consciousness" that allows us to gain insight into the concealed, or "shadow" elements of our being that have contributed to maladaptive patterns. By acknowledging these aspects of ourselves, not only do we experience physiological changes, but we also undergo psychological transformations. Similar to Stage One, these initial psychological realizations may be uncomfortable, but as we become more truthful with ourselves and take control over previously hidden aspects of our personality, we attain increased emotional and mental clarity, inner strength, and overall well-being.
These shifts, during this phase, are typically observed within the realm of the mind and the outer layers of the emotional self.
Successful Healing Outcomes
Improved Understanding of One's Thoughts and Emotions - "I haven't been honest with my colleagues and it doesn't feel ethical…" "I wasn't aware that I tense my stomach whenever I'm in my mother's presence…"
Cultivation of Self-Awareness - Observing oneself objectively
Heightened Mental Focus
Feeling of Balance and Unity - more of the Authentic Self is present
Increased conscious communication Between the Mental and Physical aspects of the Self
Potential Responses
The experience of struggling with one's sense of self
A sensation of conflicting inner aspects
A deeper and more intricate understanding of personal identity
A sense of both brightness and darkness within oneself
The emergence of feelings of disharmony or separation as different parts of the self become apparent
An uneasy feeling of a hidden self: "Myself and My Alter Ego"
Phase Three: Challenges, Backtracking, and Reconciliation

The initial two phases primarily address present circumstances and can be effective in resolving bodily and spiritual issues that are not deeply ingrained. However, in most instances of healing, we can identify more profound soul influences that operate at subconscious levels of awareness, impacting overall well-being, belief systems, attitudes, and creative potential of every individual.
These more significant soul wounds often involve past experiences, such as vulnerable moments in early childhood, religious, political, or cultural indoctrination, unresolved traumatic stress, or karmic patterns imprinted into the individual's destiny at birth. In Stage Three, healing session enables deep psychological work, in conjunction with complementary methods like flower essence therapy, dream and journaling, meditation and visualization, art therapy, and other techniques for self-awareness.
This stage may seem regressive as old patterns resurface to resist attempts at change. The alchemical phase sets the stage for an "awareness crisis" that releases physical and psychological remnants from the past.
By reconciling hidden aspects of self-identity and integrating them with conscious understanding, the soul achieves profound healing and transformation.
Summary of Stage Three
The most crucial phase, the Third Stage, presents the greatest difficulty but is also essential for profound healing. As the soul moves in a spiral, it may seem like we are regressing. However, in reality, we are revisiting a previous aspect of our awareness. By doing so, we are infusing fresh perspectives and vitality to resolve these patterns. The past is not a thing of the past; it holds potential for growth and change.
The physical manifestations that seemed to be improving may suddenly deteriorate.
Previous behaviors or dependencies resurface with great intensity.
Feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and other emotional injuries seem to reopen.
Memories or dreams of past childhood traumas resurface.
Other traumas experienced in the past become more vivid, as if being relived in full intensity.
A sense of disappointment may arise, with thoughts of this approach not being effective and no improvement being made.
Objectives:
Keep nourishing the sense of self in the soul
Harmonize both new and existing aspects of oneself
Establish a dialogue within the soul with parts that are perceived as opposite or conflicting
Cultivate a deeper understanding and adaptability within the soul
Find the center of stillness that can bring about a transformation in the soul
Fourth Stage: Renewal, Reorganization & Reimagining of the Individual

The first two stages of energetic healing therapy primarily focus on the present, while the third stage delves into the deep past of the human soul. In Stage Four, attention is directed towards the future destiny of the individual. At this stage, one can discover new opportunities for their life purpose and the ability to manifest it.
A significant aspect of energetic healing therapy is the transformation of soul wounds, which can turn previous areas of pain and limitation into key points for new potential and soul growth. For instance, an individual who has experienced social discrimination and struggles with low self-esteem, anger, and physical weakness can use energetic healing therapy to transform these hindering conditions into positive qualities such as inner strength, self-worth, and empathy towards the suffering of others.
These virtues of the soul will then open up new possibilities for the individual's destiny and creative potential.
Instances of Development and Change in Stage Four:
One may discover a new profession
A different way of approaching their current job or responsibilities
Overcoming an addiction or dysfunction can equip one with the ability to aid others who are also struggling
Forming new acquaintances or expanding one's social circle
Developing a healthier relationship with family, based on love and resilience rather than resentment or hostility
A sense of inner strength - life may not become easier, but we are capable of handling more
The connection between oneself and the world, and between oneself and others, feels more dynamic.
Enjoy!
